Directions

How to get there See Map Take N1 North towards Paarl. Take Exit 47, R44 Klapmuts, Stellenbosch. Turn right at the end of the ramp and travel for 0,6 Kilometers. Under Highway to 4 way stop. Cross over the 4 way stop travel for 0,5 Kilometers. Left at next road sign will say Franschhoek (R45). Travel for 8,6 Kilometers. Pass Glen Carlou, Backsberg, Cowlin, Drakensig and Rupert & Rothschild Wine Estates. At stop just BEFORE RAILWAY CROSSING turn right onto private tar road, through gates of Vrede en Lust. Follow the tar road for 2.5 km to the Country Inn.
